The Ministry of Labour sought to create a professional and impactful launch event for the new “My Platform” (منصتي) system. The challenge was to design and deliver an event that not only highlighted the importance of the new digital platform but also provided an engaging atmosphere for officials, guests, and media. The goal was to combine technology, design, and organization into a seamless experience that reflects the modern vision of Oman.
Our team at Discovery was entrusted with organizing the full event experience. We designed a high-quality stage setup featuring dynamic LED screens, elegant lighting, and professional audio systems to ensure clear communication and visual impact. The hall was arranged to accommodate both officials and participants comfortably, with attention to branding details that aligned with the Ministry’s identity.
In addition, we managed event logistics, technical implementation, and on-site operations, ensuring that every aspect of the launch ran smoothly. The result was a polished and memorable event that successfully introduced the platform to the public while reinforcing the Ministry’s commitment to digital transformation.
